Students Impacted So Far
Founded in February 2018, Hopewell Kanikwa Nursery & Primary School (HKPNPS) is a community-based institution born out of a vision to provide affordable, quality education to vulnerable children in Kanikwa Village, Mbale City, Eastern Uganda. Our founders recognized the challenges facing children in our community — from long distances to schools, high fees elsewhere, to poverty.
Our Nursery Section caters to children between the ages of 3 to 6 years. At this tender stage, learners are introduced to education in a warm, welcoming, and stimulating environment. The curriculum is delivered through play-based learning, which allows children to explore, ask questions, and develop early academic and social skills in a natural, joyful way.
Read NowOur Primary Section runs from Primary One (P.1) through Primary Seven (P.7), guiding learners through an increasingly rich and rigorous academic program that culminates in the Primary Leaving Examinations (PLE).
